Project Description
Graham Packaging—Elwood, Indiana at the Red Gold plant. The 33,000-square-foot building renovation included construction of 3,000-square-feet of office space, break room and bathrooms. Previously warehouse space for Red Gold, the renovation achieved on-site bottling capability with Graham Packaging technology. Extensive structural modifications were made to the building structure and foundations to accommodate new industrial equipment—cooling towers, chillers, extruders and bottling equipment. New firewalls divided process equipment from the ultra-clean food and beverage manufacturing area while conveyors delivered bottles to be filled with product in the Red Gold plant. The construction was completed by Keller’s project management team—our own team of tradesmen, along with local contractors and suppliers.
